Refund and Returns Policy for TrendCityy

At TrendCityy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products. Please review the terms and conditions below to understand the process and your rights regarding refunds and returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of the Product: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
    • Final sale or discounted items, which will be clearly marked on our website.
    • Gift cards, underwear, or swimwear for hygiene reasons (unless the item is defective or damaged).

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return the item. This number is required for processing your return.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made by us in processing your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TrendCityy is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
  4. Packing Your Return: Ensure that all returned items are securely packaged and include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Items returned without proper packaging or tags may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund for items that do not meet the full return criteria (e.g., items that are damaged or show signs of wear). The partial refund will reflect the value of the returned product after deductions for restocking or repair costs, if applicable.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the new item will be available at the time of your exchange. We suggest completing your return first and reordering the desired item as soon as possible to avoid stock shortages.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@trendcityy.com. We will arrange for a free return shipping label and provide you with a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage or discrepancies within 7 days of receiving your package. After this period, we may be unable to process your request.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that certain fees are non-refundable:

  • Shipping fees for items that are not defective or damaged
  • Rush shipping or expedited delivery fees
  • Gift wrapping fees (if applicable)

7. Order Cancellations

8. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, we will process the return according to our standard return policy. Refunds for gift returns will be issued as store credit to the recipient’s account.
